In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

A refund will be granted provided that:

• The product is returned new and unused, with no signs of wear.

• The product is returned in its original packaging, in good condition.

• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the package.

• Your first and last name,

• Your order number,

• A description of the reason for the return,

• Photos attached showing the condition of the product.

An inspection will be carried out to verify compliance with the legal return conditions.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers SHORE-CARBON rims for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase in the event of a manufacturing defect.

After inspection and validation of the claim, a new rim of the same model (or an equivalent model) will be sent free of charge, including shipping costs.

Conditions and Exclusions:

• The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners.

• It does not cover damage caused by: major impact, accident, negligence, improper use, incorrect installation, or custom modifications.

• If the exact model is no longer in production, an upgrade to an equivalent model will be offered.

• After replacement, the 5-year warranty is reset on the new rim.

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, decals/stickers) is not covered.

• The warranty does not apply to accessories (spokes, hubs, valves, tubeless tape).

The Crash Replacement warranty provides a solution even in the event of damage caused by intensive use.

Lifetime and transferable, it entitles you to a 50% discount on the replacement of a rim that has become unusable following an impact or accident.

Conditions and Exclusions:

• Valid for life from the original purchase date, including for subsequent owners (proof of purchase required).

• Applies only when the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the damage.

• After replacement, the 5-year manufacturer’s warranty is reset on the new rim.

• Does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, graphics, decals).

• Applies only to rims manufactured by SHORE-CARBON.

• Not applicable to accessories (spokes, hubs, valves, tubeless tape).

To ensure that our warranties remain valid, the following conditions must be strictly respected:

• Minimum tire pressure: 25 PSI. Any use below this pressure will automatically void the warranty.

• Proper use: rims must be used only for their intended discipline (DH, Enduro, e-MTB).

• Correct installation: assembly must comply with our technical recommendations (tire dimensions, spokes, hubs, spoke tension, etc.).

• Additional exclusions: normal wear and tear, scratches, decals, sanding, painting, or any unauthorized modification are not covered by the warranty.

SHORE-CARBON shall not be held liable in the event of:

• injury,

• accident,

• or any indirect damage resulting from improper or non-compliant use of the product.

For any replacement request, please send an email to contact@shore-carbon.com including:

• your first and last name,

• your order number,

• a description of the circumstances that caused the damage,

• clear photos of the product.

You will receive a response within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends).

If the request is approved, shipment of the replacement product generally takes 1 to 3 business days.
