Our wheels benefit from two separate warranties:

• 5-year manufacturer’s warranty: covers manufacturing defects.

• Lifetime Crash Replacement: allows you to obtain a new rim at 50% off in the event of accidental damage that makes the rim unusable.

⚠️ Mandatory conditions:

• Minimum tire pressure: 25 PSI

• Assembly in accordance with our recommendations (spoke tension, tire/hub compatibility)

• Use appropriate to the intended discipline (DH, enduro, e-MTB)

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear,

• cosmetic damage (scratches, graphics),

• unauthorized modifications,

• accessories (spokes, hubs, valves, tubeless tape).

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a refund.

Conditions:

• The product must be new and unused.

• The original packaging must be in good condition.

• The request must be made within 14 days.
